She studied my hair before we began and shared great insights about the best ways I could continue to care for my hair moving forward. I could tell that she knew her stuff and this made me trust her quickly and feel confident that this would be a good experience. She worked quickly and thoroughly and explained her process and the purpose of why she was taking certain steps with my hair. I really liked this! Her pricing was fair and exactly what I expected.
