"I had a last minute hair emergency before being in a wedding & Kia absolutely saved the day & my confidence! I was only in town for a short time & being a natural dark brown who likes to go blonde, I really like to do my research on who can specialize in that. So going to someone new as a last minute emergency was a bit nerve wrecking! Kia messaged back immediately, even though it was late at night, offer an early morning appointment & absolutely restored my confidence & fixed all the issues I weren’t even sure were fixable!
