"NEVER AGAIN!!!! ALL MY NAILS WERE FILED LIKE THIS. I had perfect natural nails and this salon ruined ALL OF THEM."
"I have been here a few times but this time was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I asked do have acrylic on one of my toes taken off and put on again and was told by the manager/whoever that what I was asking for was going to take too long (I also called in advance to ask if it was a good time to come for service since it is a weekend/usually busy) nail tech was wiping cuticle clipping on my skin, blowing on my nails to get dust off from filing. When they did the gel polish they had me press down and hold gel light myself and then was upset when it wasn’t drying…like no wonder why it’s not drying I can’t hold two lamps down with my feet in these chairs unfortunately."
"The owner Allen, is calm and helpful. He makes sure not to hurry, even when he has more on his schedule, your the only one he's focused on..creating an exceptional experience, and designing a lovely manicure and pedicure. Careful and calm. What a nice treat! Ombre design, great!"
"Although they were friendly I feel like I left with a manicure that a child did. My nails were not properly shaped, there are pink specs all over them because it was not properly dipped. And some nails are longer than others. I have been here once before and my nails were perfectly done. This time I feel like my money was wasted."
"I was in town visiting my mom in Leesburg, when I saw the new Tavares Crossing Shopping Center. Stopped in to Tavares Nails and Spa for a quick pedicure. Beautiful, clean, spacious facility with a very welcoming staff. Loan gave me a wonderful pedi and was so sweet and friendly. Hurry in, because if word gets out how great it is, you'll have to wait weeks to make an appointment!"
