"POOR Service. If you go, don’t leave a foolish tip for the worst pedicure procedure. SAVE Your money and go to Walmart. Bought several gift certificates at Bellagio. I am actually embarrassed giving a gift and getting terrible service. Then I bought myself a pedicure. I will never spend a penny at this business again. My service was awful. Didn’t ask me what kind of pedicure, water was terrible HOT, didn’t take the dead skin off my toes. I had to peel it off. Toe nail was not cut, left sharp edges. I had to do a trim when I got home. I could have done a better job at home and save $45.00. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this rip off establishment"
"I've been here multiple times for pedicures . It's a hit or miss depending on who you have I noticed. Last time my toes came out great. This time it looks like my 5yr old painted them . And it doesn't look like a very good pedicure especially for the price . I'll probably have to try another spot since there are so many options in the villages ."
"I went to have my hair colored. I told the lady I wanted highlights and lowlights. I wanted to blend in with the gray. My hair turned out to dark in the back. And on top the lady only put one row of lowlights. It doesn't even blend in at all.I went back in and showed them and they said it looks like the color failed and I should had said well that color must not be good. But anyway they said if I wanted to have my back of my hair lighter I would have to pay for it myself. I would never go back to this place ever."

"Went here to get my nails done for my wedding. I don’t get acrylics often, but decided to give it a go. The lady RUSHEDDDD. On majority of my nails the nail isn’t sticking to the fake nail so there is dirt in between, she didn’t trim my natural nail down, the nail length on each hand is different, didn’t even clean up my cuticles and on my pointer finger the acrylic isn’t even. It looks like a hill. I will not be back."
