"This place gave my mom fungus on all her nails! She had to go to the doctor to get meds for this horrible fungal infection from the mani/pedi and now her nails are falling off. Seriously DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE! They have sketchy, unsanitary practices and don’t disinfect their tools."
"Trying a new nail place is a gamble. I was in town for a few days and needed a manicure bad. I tried this place. Most of my nails were natural except for a couple that had broken and had acrylic tips, and I had gel on that needed to be replaced. I had been growing my nails out for a while and for me the way they remove gel is crucial to the health of my nails. The lady they sat me with pulled out the rotary machine with a brutal attachment that I swear to god had spikes on it. I asked her to remove it with just acetone or the light attachment but she went ahead and started wrecking my nails with that anyway. When I complained she started yelling at her colleague in foreign language and her colleague told me to come with him instead. He was much more gentle and patient, but the damage was done. My natural nails were left pretty thin and are bending. I’m never coming back here again."
"Terrible job on pedicures. The tech did my pedicure in less than 10 minutes. Everything was rushed and he didn’t even do all the steps. Nails were jagged, nail polish was thick and streaky, with polish all over my toes. He made me get up while they were wet and walk to a dryer across the room. Once they were dry he’d put a top coat on. My toe got messed up while I had to walk over. He noticed it when he went to put on the top coat. He smeared it, making it worse and said “it got messed up but it’s ok.” Then put a top coat on it. Didn’t even offer to fix it. I asked for someone else to fix it. My mom had the same issue and messed up her big toe walking out. We went home and fixed it ourselves. Save your money and do it yourself. You’ll get a better job. Will never go back there. Such a waste of $70."
"I’d recommend making an appointment if possible; we went around 1 on a Sunday and waited about 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly! My pedicure was enjoyable, but the gel polish is sloppy and on the cuticles of almost every toe."
