"I have two issues with this company. My stylist was awesome and did an amazing job but it wasn't what in had asked for at all. I wanted a baylage and got a full head of highlights which looked great but Again not what I asked for at all. Secondly, I was definitely charged almost $200 more then the other girls that were getting the exact same thing and were there longer then me and had longer thicker hair. So now I am going to have to get my hair done Again to get the dimension I want. I really thought With the prices they charge i should have gotten what i asked for because a girl getting her hair done at the same time paid less then half of what i paid And hers looked much better. I feel like I got ripped off a little bit and I still gotta go somewhere to get it the way I wanted it."

"I want to start this by saying there are talented stylists here, it is just sad I didn’t get to experience that. I just had a baby and have had a lot of postpartum issues. I wanted to feel pretty again and get my hair cut. I originally scheduled with a level 2-3 stylist I believe but was rescheduled with a level 1 stylist. I came in positive and ready to transform my hair. The stylist I got was not very attentive and didn’t ask questions about what I wanted, didn’t ask for a reference picture… nothing. It seemed to me like she just wanted to get me in and out considering my haircut took 10 minutes lol. She kept asking me about the length of my hair and I kept saying I had an issue with the face frame and layers that I asked for. At some point I just gave up because she was not understanding me. I also didn’t want to make her feel bad because that’s not the person I am. I texted the owner who was nice about my complaint.. until I came in for it to get fixed. The minute I sat down in the chair and told the original stylist my concern.. she gave me the death stare. At that point I was extremely uncomfortable and felt like I was not welcome anymore. I was told I would’ve been charged more if she (the owner) knew what I was getting.. which doesn’t make much sense because the stylist I had could’ve told me that and I would’ve gladly paid for that service. The stylist was told she did everything right.. in front of me, the person who was not happy with the outcome. It was almost like I was being blamed for the stylists lack of experience. The owner is nice enough but I just think you shouldn’t make someone feel bad for speaking up. I won’t be returning because they honestly just made me feel like a bad person for not liking the service I received."
