Though it's a bit pricey, the comfort is unmatched, and the money-back guarantee adds peace of mind (though we doubt we'll need it). Mike, who's frequently on-site, is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Our purchase with Heather (12/2) was a great experience—her expertise and opinions made the process much easier picking out the right pieces and fabric choice. "From start to finish the experience with Palm Casual has been one of those rare times when you say "WOW" and what else can I but from them. Mike was fantastic at the point of sale and great follow up pre delivery. Fred the delivery guy was so good. He noticed a problem with the chairs and before the day was out we had replacement chairs, delivered by another incredible service minded delivery person. Now to the quality of the furniture. We had previously purchased similar pieces from 2 companies and found them to be poor quality and returned them. The Quality of what we have from Palm Casual is miles above. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Palm Casual and especially Mike, Fred and the other two delivery guys (sorry I do not have their names)."

"The young lady that was working was very helpful. Low pressure sales which is nice. She just acknowledges your presence and tells you to let her know if you have any questions. I like that they repair furniture or cushions there and are a family run business. We purchased a patio set and are awaiting delivery."

"Outstanding selection of outdoor furniture and accessories. Locally manufactured in Orlando. Another veteran friendly business that offers free local delivery for vets. Salesman was very informative and not at all pushy. The showroom was nicely stocked with a variety of samples, models and accessories. Warranty on their products is top-notch and covers most everything except the frame which has a 10 year warranty instead of the lifetime option. Compared to local "big box" stores prices were very competitive for a product made in the USA. Will be getting our outdoor furniture here for our new home!"
