"I went and got my nails done today at this salon, and left with nubs after requesting medium length nails. I have polish and acrylic all over my cuticles, my nails are shorter than when I left, and whenever I spoke to them about trying to get this fixed I was very rudely dismissed, and Told nothing would be done about it unless I wanted to pay for another full set. “ nothing is free” quotation is what I was told even though almost every nail is wrong. One hand is longer than the other, and the shorter of the two hands are literally nubs. I will never go here again not only because of the poor quality of work, but the poor quality of customer service. Also, the acrylic was laid very thick and uneven."

"I went to get a fill on my acrylic nails and asked the lady technician to also change the current shape of square to make the nails almond shape. She said no problem. She proceeded to file the nails when i noticed that she was filing too much on one side of the nail making then extremely uneven, so I told her that I don't like how she is doing it and she said not to worry she's been doing nails for 25 years etc. She continued filing and i got more upset because she will now have to put extra gel to fill in the nail to make even again so I got very upset and told her to stop. The owner came and said that he will fix my nails, not to worry I do good job. I actually apoligized to raising my voice and I also said that she has to listen to the customer as to what we want and I know that I was not happy in how she was doing it. He agreed with me and continued doing my nails. One of my nail had to be put a tip because it had come off so he glue the tip and did all the other things to finish the nails and the filing etc. I was just still annoyed, i really should have just gotten up and left but let the owner convince me to have him do my nails. When i went home and took a good look at my nails more closely, they were absolutely disgusting!!! i never had nails so ugly in my life. And the nail that he glue the tip, there's big gap which means that the nail was not properly glued to my natural nail and now dirt and water can get in and it's going to come off any day now. He charged me $41 for this horrible job and I am now disputing the charge with my bank. My advise to anyone is not to get your nails done in Walmart!!!!! i have attached photos to show how disgusting the nails are. See for yourself."

"I went to this salon for a pedicure. It started out alright. Then went down hill very quickly. The nail tech took my foot out of water and then proceeded to file my nails wet with soggy file. She didn't even bother to properly DRY OFF MY NAILS!!!!! Really? Lazy employees. It was a joke!!! Then they wonder why they got a $2.00 tip! Don't go there save yourself despair!!!!"

"One star because there's not a thumbs down. I decided to give this place a try because I see it at Walmart. I remove my nails and start over every so often, so I had a full set today. The manager a man took care of me. Before I started I showed him pictures of my previous set and how I wanted and he said no problem. As he is doing them, I pointed out they were crooked and it was almost like listening to that youtube video, where he immediately said my finger was crooked. Then I asked him to keep a certain width and he continued to file the sides. When I told him that's not what I asked for, he pulled out a large nail clipper and said ''I remove for you'' He was almost done doing as he pleased and at that point I was scared he'd tear my fingers up. So I told him to finish and I'd go somewhere else and have them fixed. I also mentioned that nails were not same length and didn't look even, he said and I quote ''I made them like each finger, one short one long, they not all same length'' seriously? So while he's doing the polish I noticed he didn't paint the entire nail, but let him finish cause I wanted out of there. I showed him the way he painted my nails when done and he said ''want me to fix it? I said NO!! This is something you do from the beginning, with care and professionalism, not after it's pointed out. Then as I sit to dry, he's gossiping in english with another customer who saw everything but felt compelled to feel bad for him. Do not go there, These are pictures of the HORRIBLE result."
