"Critical: Professionalism, Quality Got a super bad hair cut on 10/27/22 as the salon was over booked and chaotic that day. They made me sit under a dryer for over 68 minutes to catch up on their customers. The haircut didn't flow correctly at all. I brought it up to her, but Olga said I booked for a trim. ( Yes I requested a trim that doesn't mean you mess up the hair style Duh!). She wouldn't offer to fix it that time as she was running behind I felt I can come back later. I went there that Saturday 10/29/22 to show her the cut and the flow but again there was chaos and Olga blamed since I booked my appointment for a trim ( style got messed up) Olga I'm sorry ....that was not a proper cut I checked with an other stylist who suggested me to book with Olga again as it is a quick fix. I called them two days after to see if they can fix it as my haircut was worse than I came with, the Front desk was absolutely kind and amazing. I wanted to rebook on Monday 10/31/22 however I was informed ( Olga only works Thursday, Friday , selective Saturday and Sundays) So we booked for Thursday 11/03/22. They were super busy and running an hour late so I left and rebooked 11/10/22. Unfortunately, Hurricane Nicole Hit our county and they were closed. All this took two weeks and so when I went in today for an appointment Olga bluntly denied of any bad hair cut. She stated that she cannot fix it for free. I'm little confused about how she can mess someone's style and speak like this. I never had this kind of experience in the past with any hair stylist. I checked with couple of my friends and they all said their stylist takes pride in making their customers happy and I might be with a wrong arrogant stylist. I would stay away from La Mirage Salon :("

"Showed Olga the first picture ended up with the last 2 i came in with shoulder length hair she glanced at the photo I showed her of what I want and she started chipping away. I told her she chopped off all the length and made it too short She insisted that I should be patient and wait until she’s done. Looks like a lovely staircase of bangs is her idea of done. don’t know who issued her a license"
