"I went to Sally’s for hair dye and they had a promotion of buy two get one free. The woman had grabbed everything for me and checked me out and when I got home and I was missing my free one. I bought five hair dyes and I did not receive my free one. I called the store, and the woman told me I needed to bring all the products and my receipt back to return everything and do the transaction over again. Why am I having to do that when she’s the one that made the mistake of not putting the free one in my bag? I live 15 minutes from the store and the fact that they told me that I had to bring all the products back just to get my free one is insane! I don’t mind bringing the receipt back but when you tell me, I have to bring all the products and my receipt and do a full return just to get my free one is just crazy. Am I the only one that thinks that this is absolutely ridiculous? Poor customer service and obviously needs more training at the front desk to make sure all products get in the customers bag. Do better!!"
