"I visited Supercuts because of the reviews online and I was not disappointed. Ann was excellent with me. She asked me questions, listened to me, and then made suggestions about how to color my roots so it would blend with the rest of my hair instead of coloring all of my hair, as I thought I would need to. It turned out great. I was so happy with the coloring! On top of that, they use high quality Paul Mitchell products. My hair feels fantastic. It’s light and bouncy and I’m so happy with the result! And the price was not bad either!"

"I made an appointment and had proof on my phone, but they didn't have my appointment in the system. Manager (I think) was reprimanding employees in front of customers. Lady who cut my hair did a good job, but was insulting toward me because I messed up a diy on my hair. She was too loud about it, and it was embarrassing. I was pretty quiet the entire time because I don't like drawing attention to myself. I have high anxiety. The whole thing stressed me out, so I won't be going back."
