"This is NOT your regular Pool Patio store. As a builder in the area, I know just about anywhere I can go to find parts for pool equipment. These folks have a large in stock supply of valves, gaskets, seals, motors, pumps, filters, cleaners. More so than your regular pool supply store. So much so that our “to the trade” shop in the area says, try Amazon or Pinch a penny in Palmetto Bay. Don’t throw out your old equipment- find parts at this place- there are a bunch of young adults working there. If they don’t know they will kindly direct you to someone who does know. They also help with loading chlorine jugs into your car- they have reserved spots out front for a quick pop in and out for chemicals."

"I’ve been going here for about 10 years and miss the previous owner. He used to be accommodating and very customer friendly. The owner that came after lives up to the store name. On a couple of occasions the “free refill” coupon expired by a couple of days and the owner didn’t budge on honoring it. He always blames “the computer” as if he’s governed by the thing. The reality is that it’s a franchise not corporate owned. Therefore he has the final say. But I give three stars for staying true to brand, he is a “penny pincher.”"
