"It's definitely not a place for youthful customers. My blowout was terrible. My hair was extremely frizzy They have no experience in curly hair. Super kind people but leave it for the older generation."
"I made an appointment with Kathy for a wash,cut, dry, style $30, +$10 tip… I waited two 1/2 months to let my hair grow out a bit, so I could get a particular style I’d gotten in the past.…the cut & style was not anywhere near what I asked for, which was a casual easy cut w/stacked back. I showed her two pictures of a back stacked view & front view w/longer bangs, very casual simple blow dry style. She assured me she could do this. What I got was a very short cut, with the back very uneven & poorly cut. Then she proceeded to curl into a messy very curly do. I told her when she started to curl it with a small curling iron, I really never curl my hair…she said if she didn’t it wouldn’t last. I wash my hair every day, I don’t need it to last. What I have is such a bad cut, I can do nothing with it. The sides and front are cut like a bowl was put on my head, with a very sloppy job in the back. I thought when i went home & washed out the curls she insisted putting in that maybe it would be an ok cut…this was not the case. I will have to go elsewhere to have this fixed, if possible before the holidays."

Trying to track her down , as she left to go to another salon when the pandemic started where she can work by herself and not around so many people according to Frank. He said near I-75 and no other information was given but that's a little hard to narrow down."
