"My mom went to get a refill today she showed the nail tech a picture. She stated I don’t want the nail shape just the design. The nail tech proceeded to reshape my mom nails, she stopped him and he immediately became apologetic. He then stated that he don’t know how to fix it, then spoke with Connie and she said she could fix it. Sam continue telling my mom he was sorry and Connie would fix it, my mom then ask Sam would Connie have to cut her nails shorter then they were already because Sam had already cut them at this point. Sam asked if she wanted them back square she said yes but wanted to know if Connie would have to cut them down again to reshape them. Connie jumped in being very rude and unprofessional yelling and saying I can fix it rolling her eyes and having the nastiest attitude toward a customer. She yelled I can leave her establishment, at this point my mom gets up to leave with her nails messed up. Sam walked over to my mom and apologized to her and told her she was welcomed back, at which she stated to Sam that Connie was wrong and very unprofessional. So she won’t be returning as long as Connie is there."

"Went to get my nails done. Showed the tech what I wanted I stated I wanted the design not the nail shape. The tech proceeded to shape my nails in the shape of the photo I showed him I stopped him and said I ask you not change my nail shape he immediately was apologetic and let me know he didn’t know how to fix it and that he was going to allow Connie to fix it. As me and Sam were discussing how it will be ok and I was trying to let him know I understood and was okay with Connie helping me. But Connie became very rude and very unprofessional, she assumed me and Sam were arguing which wasn’t the case. She then yells and said your doing to much and I could leave at this point. Sam apologized to me and said I was welcomed back and he was sorry. However as long as Connie is in that establishment I will never return. Sam is a very sweet and professional person who made a mistake which he tried to have fixed but since Connie was rude and disrespectful that didn’t happen."

"My wife had went into this shop to get her nails done and explained that she wanted her nails done a certain way. She didn’t want the shape they was trying to do and telling them she wanted it squared. The young woman was rude and started screaming saying she can square it off since the man couldn’t do them. She told my wife she can go and that’s not how you run a business."

"My partner and I were way overdue for nail care. Everyone was booked for my bday since it is so close to christmas so we decided to come here. They were nice enough and the place was clean and professional looking. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish because they assured me they would last a very long time. My partner also got a pedi. We both wanted acrylics but they talked me into getting the tips then doing dip which I had never done before. He said it was less trauma to the nails and would last way longer. So I went with it. It cost me $190 and we tipped $30 cash on top of it. Not even three days later my top coat was peeling off of several nails and one of my toes gel polish was off. They of course were closed because of the holidays and we went on vacation and were gone after that. By day 5 I had cracks in my dips and another half of a toe nails polish gone. Mind you these are gel...and as a note I am a stay at home mom who isn't out doing strenuous projects or anything so there is no excuse to why they didnt last. At this time I was so frustrated I didnt even want to have them "fix" them since they are obviously poor quality anyway. Not even two weeks in and I have 4 toes with no polish and am missing 6 fingernails tips and 6 complete polishes. 2 weeks. I will never go back there and NEVER recommend them to anyone. Horrible quality. I have gotten basic pedis and nails at walmart and the standard polish on my toes has lasted months!"
