"Kilahni has done my nails several times now and she does a beautiful job every time!!! She has amazing attention to detail and I have really loved getting to know her :) I love this shop in general just because everyone who works there are so warm and they make you feel right at home! "I sat for 3 hrs for a regular acrylic set and they came out bumpy and see through. The girl that did them is a beginner tech so I understand the time but they could’ve let me know how long it was gonna take. I was ready to get out of there so I barely looked at them and when I got home I realized how bad they look. I drove back to ask for a partial refund because these are not worth $65. The owner said she doesn’t do refunds and it says “all sales are final on the website”. When I double checked it doesn’t say that anywhere on the website except for the no refund deposits. The owner was very unprofessional and very rude to me. She only offered to redo them but I’m not spending anymore time there after sitting for 3 hours and I definitely don't want to go back to get them redone when they weren’t done right the first time. I don’t recommend going here unless you want to waste your time and money. You can take your 30+ years experience and throw it out the door because your inability to be professional is ridiculous."
