"Having a hot tub is not so much a luxury but necessary for me due to back and hip issues. Richard helped us pick the best spa we were not looking for anything fancy and he did his best to provide us a lot of information about pros and cons of everything available then went above and beyond to provide an excellent level of service and kept every promise made when he sold the spa to us. We just had the delivery and installation yesterday and I used the tub for the first time this AM and am very happy. I have bought some fancy tubs before and this one is good enough and hopefully will perform well. But the service was hands down amazing! Highly recommend Richard and this location even though it is a good 45 min from me it is worth the drive! Thanks again Richard for excellent honest salesmanship."

"We met Richard from REC Pool and Spa at the Ft. Lauderdale Home Show where we decided to put a deposit down on our new spa. He arranged for us to visit the store to test our model which was amazing. Richard even had the spa heated up to 101 degrees for us when we arrived! The jets in the spa are significantly better than many hot tubs we've used in the past. REC definitely has high quality spas and great customer service which is why we highly recommend purchasing a spa from them . Ask for Richard when you call."
