"If you are looking for a pool contractor, look no further than Travis and his team at Pool and Patio Works. I had reservations about taking on this project but after seeing the finished product, PPW gave my wife and I exactly what we had envisioned. Travis gave us a timeline of when and what would happen throughout the project, and finished the pool when he said they would finish. He was also was very honest and told me what he would, and would not do, rather than just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. His workers craftsmanship is second to none, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Not to mention, they are very respectful and cleaned up the job site best they could after each days work. I could go on about how please we are, but I will end with this. It is gratifying to finally find a contractor that does what he says he’ll do, in the time he’s says that he’ll do it, within the cost he says it will cost."

"These guys did a complete pool renovation for us and just did an outstanding job. The pool and paver deck turned out absolutely beautiful. They have a great group of workers that are professional and midiculous in their work. Travis was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your pool renovation."

"Terrible company - stay away. Unprofessional and dishonest. Contracted to resurface pool and replace pool / patio channel drains. Continued lies about when they would be coming out to do the work. No show, no call 3-4 times before they finally, sent two gentleman out to do some work - neither spoke English so could not communicate with them. They took the old tiles off and put the new tiles on (never completely drained the pool so pool was left with water, tiles and debris), never grouted the tiles and attempted to charge me for 95% of the work. The contract required 50% after demo, the tiles removed was the only demo completed. The rest of the pool was not touched and the patio drains not touched. The contract required after tile and grout a 20% payment but they attempted to charge me 80% not 20% even though the services for the next payment had not been completed. Had to get an attorney involved after the sales person tried to bully me into paying and told me he didn’t expect me to understand about pools. They refused to respond to me or my attorney."

Project began when scheduled. Travis I believe to be the project manager kept me well informed on the progress of the work being done and was always available for any questions needed answered.
