"Horrible experience. Tried this place because my bestie had a good experience. Only 2 people working when we got there. They called someone else in to help. Waited about 15 min for them to start on the first of two pedis and a fill. First pedi for the kiddo was done in average time and came out well. Started mine less than half way thru the kiddo getting hers done. Different woman did mine and she cut one of my toes so badly while trimming dead skin that they had to bandage the toe and soak it in an anticoagulant liquid. Should have stopped them then. Same woman did my nails. The woman who she was working on when we got there left happy so I figured maybe she was better at nails than feet. She burned the edges of my fingers so bad multiple times that they all burned when she sprayed them with alcohol after. Got my pinky so bad that it started bleeding as well. Had been almost 4 hours at this point and I just wanted to leave. She made crooked and uneven lines on every finger when doing the French tip that when I got home I just filed them all down and evened them all out and painted them black (the only color I have dark enough to cover the tips) and will go literally anywhere else to get them fixed on my next day off. Will never go back here for any reason. Didn't even offer a discount for making me bleed multiple times. By the time we walked out the door, we had been there for 5 hours. Unbelievable."

"These nails were done Saturday 4/30. I chose this place because of the awesome pictures and reviews. I made an appointment days ahead. First impression I should have left but I realize some places are short staffed however appointments shouldn’t be made if there are not enough people scheduled... I waited for an hour and 15 mins with my feet soaking before 2 other employees showed up and I even got someone to my chair. I was there for 3 hours (11-2) (Appointment at 11 and showed up at about 10:50) and this is what I left with. Maybe I got the wrong person as all she did was complain about her tooth so maybe it was a bad day? Either way this is not acceptable. Yes before they respond to this review..I did still tip because I used to do hair and I respect their time. Did I say I didn’t like them? No because - 1 I had already been there for 3 hours and 2- looking at this would you trust your time to get them fixed at the same place? I have never ever written a google review but I just want to warn everyone to make sure they ask for the right person.. I think the one who did mine was Rana.. that’s what she put on this stamp card she gave me."

"I called at 3 and was able to get an appointment at 4 for me and my sibling. We got there a few minutes early and she was able to start on us right away. The owner (I’m bad with names so I can’t remember her name) was who did our nail and she was super kind and did an awesome job, my sibling and I love how our nails came out. I’ll definitely be back!"
