"While the customer service was friendly and helpful in getting me in on a whim, my hair is absolutely ruined. Even with cutting from the middle part, my whole head of hair is entirely uneven. Everyone has different hair types, and I can understand any error. However, I've learned that if a stylist asks, " Do you mind if I style waves?" this is reason to BE ALARMED! I just wish the stylist was honest instead of hiding it, I would have probably still left the $20 tip on my $65 dollar "hair butchering.""

"I had an appointment at another salon that was unfortunately cancelled a couple hours before I was supposed to be there. By some miracle, Elevation had an opening on a Saturday and was able to get me in! I saw Alexis and she was great. She touched up my blonde perfectly and gave me a great cut! I chose Elevation Salon based on the beautiful aesthetics of the interior, client reviews and photos. I am so glad I did! Heather took my long grown out highlights, home cut bangs and spotty alopecia hair loss and gave me the most perfectly colored highlights that will grow out into a beautiful balayage, face framed fringe trim and subtle layers.
