"I walked in the store and immediately Laura asked if I needed help finding anything and I told her I needed help finding out everything that I needed for my hair dye because I always forget when I come in and she stood there and helped me figure out all the ins and outs in getting my items and answered all of my ridiculous questions so patiently basically I'm leaving this review to say that if I could give her more than five stars I absolutely would I appreciated her kindness as today is not been going very well for me she was that one kind person that was able to make me forget I was having a bad day"

"Walked in and was greeted. But the woman working was dressed like a total slob. Her hair was so greasy, her pants had holes in it, and were hanging so low . Her shirt was filthy. Totally unacceptable and NOT following Sally's protocol. And for the area, it's sad to see."
