"DO NOT let “Bobby” cut your hair. She messed my hair up. She told me to look down and when I looked up she took off so much and I left looking like a boy. I asked her to put layer in it, she said that wouldn’t look good. I personally don’t think she’s capable of doing good layers since that was her comment. She gave me a straight across hair cut and didn’t ask how I wanted fit cut. She just did what she wanted without communicating with me what she was doing to my hair. You want your hair to be in good hands. Next time I will go somewhere where my hair is is in good hands. I am very disappointed. When I asked her about a round brush she would barely answer my questions and told me to watch a tik tok video. I paid for a style and she barely blow dryer and did not use a brush just her hand."

"I called at 10 am because this location does not take online appointments. The person took my name and asked what time. I asked about noon. She said that they would see me then. When I got there at 11:55 all three stylists were busy and two people were waiting. 2 stylists finished and took the people that were waiting when I came in. At 12:20 pm a lady brought her son in. When the next stylist finished she took the boy. I got up put my hoodie on and headed for the door. The manager stopped her haircut and said, “ those people had an appointment “. I said what time was their appointment? No answer. I said you told me 12:00 when I called this morning. Don’t think I will make another appointment!"

"As the manager of the waffle house at breakfast point, I use Supercuts all the time no matter who cuts my hair it always turns out great and the staff is very friendly."

"I'm giving it 3 stars, and not because their haircut, because Natalie. did a good job on my hair, however, I was able to always make an appointment . I worked 2 jobs and have to come between my 2 jobs to get a haircut. I don't have to a lot of time to wait. I've never had an issue with calling a make an appointment before, yet today I want to do the same thing and I'm told, I can't, I have to register on line,, I get technology, but we need to go back to the old fashioned way, with some things it's bad customer service. So now I won't go back. It's very disappointing. Everybody wants to keep up with technology keep up with the times and seem to forget about the people"
