I had recently received a horrible color job from a different local salon that cost me a lot of money. When my coworker saw my hair, she reached out to Jim - he suggested I see Shawna in order to color correct my hair. Shawna was so generous and kind with her time and skill set! "Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I could have cut my own hair with kitchen scissors better, my friend even thought I did cut my own hair when I sent her a picture. I am not attached to my hair at all, normally a bad hair cut wouldn’t bother me but this lady could not have messed up my hair more it’s horrible. I did not want bangs, and it told her she could put a little bit of layers but I wanted it more all one length and showed her pictures of what I wanted and this is not it. Photos on Yelp."
