"My experience at beach ready spa was amazing!!! The employees were so kind and the customer service was great. They went the exta mile in all aspects, and Jesse, Cyndi, and Becky were so nice and were lovely to talk to during our pedicures!"

"I had such a great experience here. Every time I come to seaside, I book a manicure here for a couple reasons: everyone I’ve encountered here is great, friendly, and my nails always look amazing after. Diana is awesome! I’ve now been going to her for a couple years. She is professional and kind. I always look forward to seeing her. I work in tv business in nyc so anytime I find a great place where there’s talent, I take note! I’d recommend highly!"

"We’ve always had a good experience with this spa, except this year. I called to book a couples massage. The receptionist repeated couples massage at least three times on the phone. She never did ask how long I’d like the massage though. When we arrived, she told me that she didn’t catch on the phone that we wanted a couples massage so we’d need to be in separate rooms. I was a little upset considering it was my husband’s first massage, and I KNOW she heard couples because she repeated it numerous times. She even asked when I walked in if I had a reservation for the couples massage. The manager came out, said something to her, went to check he room, then walked back into her office. She never once spoke a word to me about the mix up which I found rude. A couples massage comes with a “toast” and chocolate...none of which we were offered. The saving grace was that our massage therapists were amazing. The room was a little chilly, but the massage was great. When we went to check out, we waited up front for nearly 10 minutes never once being greeted by the boss (who was in her office and could clearly hear us talking), or the receptionist who was else where chatting. The receptionist finally came back, told us the gratuity was already included, ran our card then threw the receipt on the counter for my husband to sign. She spoke no other words to us, didn’t apologize again for the mix up, didn’t offer any sort of compensation as in a discount or essential oil even. The manager, also, did not speak a word to us upon our departure. I found that to be horrible business etiquette. We had 6 other people on vacation with us that were going to book, but we advised them otherwise. It wasn’t worth the rudeness when they can go up the road to Massage Envy."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE! Most people think that all spas are professional and what not. I came to Seaside to relax on vacation, which is exactly what I did. I went to the spa expecting it to be good quality considering it was in such a touristy location. After paying a ridiculous amount of money for my mother and my friend, we were led into a bathroom-sized pedicure/manicure room. It was quite cramped in there which made it a little uncomfortable. We were allowed drinks like mimosa and water, and were greeted nicely by welcoming people. There are only TWO ladies working as nail technicians, which is not enough. They told us that they were tired after a long week, and I do not blame them. But for the price I paid, I did not want to have a "tired-looking" mani and pedi. One lady did the pedicures horribly, and I mean it was straight up awful. It looks like I tried to do it on myself, which means that it wasn't good at all. I even tipped the ladies both $40 for being so nice, but now that I think about it I shouldn't have because how bad the quality was. To conclude, this place is really expensive, cramped, and overpriced considering the fact that the manicures and pedicures are awful. Perhaps it was just the time we went that was not good, but I would have appreciated a better quality time."

"When I visited Seaside, Florida, I had the opportunity to spend an incredible hour of total relaxation at Beach Ready Spa. My massage therapist, Mira, gave me a combination of a facial and a massage that, on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being excellent), was an 11!!! My biggest concern was that I’d fall asleep and miss the experience. I’m not into the therapeutic, deep pressure massages. I prefer a light to medium touch “feel good” massage and she delivered just what the doctor ordered. Will I be back? As soon as possible! Seaside is a great resort town, the emerald green water and white sand beaches are beyond beautiful, and the Beach Ready Spa massage and facial was the icing on the cake."
