"I went to go get a pedicure, they seated me down at the massage chair and made me wait for about 20 mins. No information about who was going to service me, be prepared to come in here and not have your questions answered because they’re is a language barrier with most employees. Products were not disinfected, disgusting!!!! I received a basic pedicure that I could’ve most certainly did myself at home. I was rushed within 15 mins in & out. What a waste of time and money, this place isn’t as great as I thought it would be."

"If I could give negative star's I wanted to write this review to make other's aware of what happened to me and hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else. My son gave me a gift for my birthday to get a pedicure. So I went to Aria Nail Salon in freeport Florida. I was badly injured by the nail salon employee. I had to endure 6 weeks of treatment from my podiatrist. I contacted the salon went there and showed them my 4 toes. An associate went to publix and bought bandaid, and some other things. I have 2 insurances and since it was a third party mishap they want the money for my treatments to be paid back. I brought all my paperwork to the salon Manager and she just sat on it for months. Finally I was contacted by their insurance company and an adjuster came and interviewed me. Well after several more months come to find out they are operating without proper insurance. So now they are unwilling to pay. I have permanent damage to my toes and they totally don't care or want to make this right. So please becareful when getting services from Aria Nail Salon in Freeport Florida."

"Had my nails done last week and while I thought everything was ok I should’ve known better when the tech doing my nails kept saying something that caused the other techs to keep coming over and look at my nail. The girl doing my nails didn’t seem too friendly but i figured maybe they were just checking out her work. That was until i got home and was showing my husband who pointed out the imperfections. Nice so $63 for something that looks like i paid $30 for???? As a local business owner myself i think that when you know there is an issue maybe you should inform your customers rather than just talking about it with your co workers. Just a thought anyway"

"Great staff. Very clean and barely noticed the acetone smell like I do in other shops. They did a gorgeous job on my nails. I couldn't be more grateful for the work they put in. Thank you Holly and Tina for my mani/pedi!"
