"Very bad experience! I'm a customer for long time. I never was satisfied with the service for many months because the manager was always very mudy, bat I didn't care about It I went last Monday, like always with my water sample in, a new guy take care of everything, told me I need same hardness plus for my pool. I bought it for $28 When I came home I saw I had still a bucked of it in my shed. The next day I was going to bring the bucket what I just bought back to the store. The manager told me she can't take it back because it wasn't sealed! I never opened it, it was unsealed when I bought it!!! What kind of business rules are this?? I always can bring back a item within 24 hrs in any store!!! I'm a business women for over 40 years, never would treat my customers like this!!! This manager needs to be fired!!! Be warnt to buy something in this store"

"If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. If your not dealing with the 2 store managers dont waste your time with other employees. High turn over with the other employees. Employees dont know a thing about pools. My other problem is with the corporate and there false advertising for wholesale pricing for professionals. I own a property maintenance company. I maintain tons of high end vacations homes all over swfl. Every home has pools that we maintain, clean and take care of every week. Dropped over $1,000.00 in 2 weeks in chemicals for our vacation homes. This is after I filled out and submitted all the requirements to get wholesale prices. First transaction I received wholesale prices on my order. Then after that 1 time I was being charged full retail prices. Call corporate to get this fix. Their response after I drop the 1,000.00 is that my company is not a pool cleaning company but a management company. No I am not a realtor nor a broker to manage homes. After doing some research on this company stay far away. 309 BBB reports in just 3 years. That's 2 complaints every week for 3 years straight. 1 start ratings on every sight. Even Angie list has them rated at a 1 star. They rip off normal customers and lie. Corporate did nothing to resolve the issue on my prices that they promise to professionals like myself. Do your research before using any services from this company. Reviews don't lie, but Leslie's does. Funny thing is that their competitors agree that my company is a professional company and gave me full wholesale prices. They like that I come and drop 1,000.00 ever 2 weeks on chemicals."

"First and last time at this location. Some stickers on our chlorine jugs fell off because they were wet and the only employee in the store was upset she had to put new stickers on them. The store was really busy and she was the only one working. But she was really rude! Management needs to be improved. I spend 10k+ a week with Leslie's. Not at this location........ 2 stars because she apologized"
