"My nails have never looked worse! I had semi okay service, nice staff but out of this world prices without the actual services. I live in Houston and go to Milano nail spa in which serves a full bar, provides full neck massages and provides the best nail services now to man for a fraction of the price nor this place’. This place provided no extra services, my nails look bar and bar they made me pay $180. They even forced the tip option starting at %28. They got me at the end by saying they were charging me extra for shaping my nails and for using dark colors and blah blah. I’d report this business but this part of FL is so backwoods there’s literally no one here to investigate bad business practices. Just stay FAR away from this business if you can!"

"Ive been a customer here for over 10 years and had great service but noticed rudeness to other customers. The last time I went to get my nails done a few weeks ago the owners wife was doing my nails and the color I picked didnt match what I had picked. She was rude and seemed agitated that I questioned her. Unfortunately I will never go back. My many years of loyalty to this salon has ended."

"Worse nail salon I’ve ever gone to. Rude, unfriendly. They can care less about customer service or returning customers. Put that aside, I’ve never had a 13 min pedicure. I’ve never had a pedicure without a foot massage! She didn’t say a word to me the entire time, I tried talking to her. When I left, no goodbye, thank you….. I should have gone with my instincts when I called to make the appointment and they hung up on me in mid sentence, but I went any way since I’m new in the area and it was recommended. The fact that there were only 2 other people there on a Friday afternoon should have been another clue."

"When I walked in, they were immediately rude to me and cut me off while I was talking.. They did not go over the pricing with me. A lady was short with me to make a decision. The cost is way too expensive for what they provide. I only went there because they were opened on sunday. Negative environment. negative vibe. I won't go back."

"I had such a positive experience at this nail salon. First, I called right when they opened. It rang a couple time and I figured they were on the other line so I hung up and was planning to call back, but they actually called me back. I made an appointment for later in the day. My nail technician Sharon was lovely. She apologized for me having to wait while she set up for me, but I was actually early and they still got me in by my appointment time. She was kind and paid close attention to my services. She even went above and beyond by showing me what the color would look like on her own nail before using it on me. She took her time and I felt like she was really dedicating herself to my service. Not only was she attentive, but I felt the other techs in the salon were as well. Usually when I got to a salon, they give out inaccurate wait times to get people to wait, but the gentleman who was giving out wait times I felt were giving out real times. I really feel like they cared about their customers. I would 100% go back again."
