"I moved to Pace almost four years ago and I tried every salon imaginable. When I went to Southern Root…well, finally my search was over. The atmosphere reminded me of the “beauty shops” I used to go with my momma years ago. Everyone was kind, and they made me feel right at home. But the proof is in the pudding, right? Well, Christy did my hair color and balayage beautifully, rounding it out with a great haircut. I believe there are two factors in judging a haircut, one being if you can style it when you get home. Two, as your hair begins growing out it still looks great. Long story short, because of medical issues I have not been able to back for three months.(I usually go every four to six weeks) I did my hair today, and the cut has held up better than I would ever had expected! I can’t wait to get back in to see Christy, and enjoy being in a salon that is modern with great stylists—-and still has old-fashioned feel that makes you feel right at home."
