"My recent visit was very enjoyable. Not only did I get a great cut, but the atmosphere was quite pleasant. There were fresh flowers and nice Valentine decorations. I have some mobility issues that were addressed quite nicely."
"I made an appointment, but still didn't get the stylist I made the appointment with (she was there). Another girl did my hair and it didn't look anything like the picture I showed her. Fair prices, friendly staff, but flexibility is needed and you don't always end up with what you asked for. This has happened before at this location, too."
"I love C.C she listened to me about what I am wanting to do with my hair in the future. I want to perm it and you know try it out. She was super informative about why I should not do a perm right now cause my hair was dry and I have bleached it in the past 6 months. She is super great. I think I now found my hair stylist I will continue to go too. She has done my hair the past two times I have been here and I absolutely love her!"
"The stylist let me leave the salon with orange “highlights” because she couldn’t get my hair to lift to blonde. Still charged me FULL PRICE, I had to go somewhere else the next day to get my hair fixed. She should of simply told me she couldn’t do it!! or when she realized my hair wasn’t lifting, offered to color it instead of leave my hair orange! Absolutely awful! $126 later just to have someone else fix it!"
"Poor service. The lady gave me layers when I did not ask for layers she did it on her own and didn’t tell me until AFTER the cut was finished. I went in and said I want a simple cut straight across to make the back even. Was given something I didn’t ask for and my hair is extremely uneven now."
