"First experience I had here was just alright. 3 stars. This past experience (today, 01/27/24) was horrendous. 1 star. Other workers I’ve interacted with there were nice and accommodating. The lady who cut my hair though (very tall, blonde shoulder length hair. Same lady who cut my hair for first experience) must have been having a bad day/on drugs/not caring because she was all over the place and ruined my hair. I asked for a “good trim, long layers, a little shorter face frame layers because I want some volume and texture since I don’t style my hair and it had gone flat”. All said to her. She cut the long layers while aggressively tugging on my hair, then seemed to forget my face frame layers. So I asked - to which she mumbled something I couldn’t hear and I told her where I wanted the face frame layers to start. She yanked a chunk of hair and chopped. No subtlety, no blending, just cut it. NOT where I said too. She also was rude to me and tried to charge me for blow drying, although she blow dried the hair last time she cut it.. I now have what looks like overgrown bangs and I am extremely disappointed. She seemed to care more about getting me in and out of the chair. I assure you I will not be returning. If I’m able to get my money back, I’d gladly take it."
