"I was a walk-in. Greeted by one of two hairdressers. I told them I needed a haircut. They both had people in their chair and one had a second person in a chair. A lady came in with an appt. I expected her to go before me and she did. In a while a lady walked in with 2 children aged around 10ish. When they took her child before me I asked the lady if they had an appt. She said no. I decided I had reached my patience limit. I had groceries and a hour trip home. I still need a haircut and there are no salons near my home in south Alabama, but I will not return to that salon."
"My mom uses this place regularly for hair cuts, today she went in and had an older woman do her hair and completely botched it. It’s uneven and choppy, it looks like my niece took the scissors to her hair. All of this right before thanksgiving so she can’t get it fixed before seeing the family tomorrow and for photos with the family. She is mortified."
"I brought an elderly friend in to get her hair washed, trimmed, & styled. She was treated with care & love. Friendly service, she looked beautiful with her style, & we were told about their senior discount on Wednesdays. Also was helped in determining which hair product was good for my frizzy hair.
