"I have multi textured curly hair. I gave Julie three chances to cut my hair because I know it takes time to get to know someone's hair. Each haircut was worse than the last. Today she cut my hair way too short when I told her I just wanted it cleaned up and the layers to match. She complained about having to cut curly hair. I will never go back.
