"Cute salon and good location but I will never go back. Bri gave me a decent cut but the color was terrible. It wasn’t blended at all. My hair looked good when it was styled at the salon but when I got home I realized what a poor job it was. She immediately got defensive when I texted her a picture. I will say she offered to fix it but I am not willing to go through this again. Not sure if she used cheap color or if it was just a blending issue but someone who owns their own salon should know how to do a balayage. She is also refusing me a refund, $184 which includes a tip. Really hope she treats her other clients better. And I also hope she learns to color hair properly."
