He listened to our requests & ideas & put together a beautiful design plan. Amy was our Project Manager for our Pool build. The 1st day we met her, she told us she wanted to “exceed our expectations”. We were skeptical. She had the ability to schedule all aspects of the build in a very timely manner. She was always in communication with us. She kept us update on what going on & what would be next. If there was an issue, she listened & handled it quickly. Our Pool completed ahead of schedule. "I would highly recommend Waterscapes. Steve who designed our pool was very professional and friendly. While our house was in the finishing stages of being built Steve started working on permits so we didn't have to wait so long once we moved in. Then everything was handed over to the project manager Gene Darley. I could not have asked for a nicer person to work with. Gene was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Always kept us updated on what the next step was and when it would happen. If there was a hold up he immediately let us know. Always returned our phones calls or text the same day if we had a question. The construction crew was great. The pool itself, pavers, birdcage, electrician, all did a fabulous job. We did not have one compliant. We can't thank Gary enough for maintaining our pool. He is also very knowledgeable so we decided to hire him on after the first 30 days which Waterscapes takes care of."
