"We've been using this location since we moved in in 2019. However, our pool had algae build up and the water is now a cloudy green. Apparently, they told us we received a credit for a week due to inclement weather, but we noticed it wasn't looking as clean for the past few weeks. We got an email saying they shocked and cleaned it 6 days ago, just couldn't brush the sides due to lightning. Brought in a sample today, 0 chlorine and pH level was high. Needed chemicals, which they did provide us with. Also had to clean the filter, not sure what we've been paying g $125/ month for,. Pool is out of commission for a few days now."
