"Very Satisfied. It’s been a few years since they’ve installed our pool, but last year our glass waterline tile started shattering & flaking off. Turned out it was a faulty (and expensive) glass mosaic tile that was discontinued with common complaints nationwide with NPT. Pete coordinated with the supplier for replacements, free of charge & had them installed. These guys came through and took care of our issue without hesitation. It’s nice to have a company return your calls long after the warranty expired. I highly recommend them."
