"I have been a customer with pool master since 2010. I won’t go anywhere else. The owners are honest and won’t rip you off when servicing your pool. Customer service is always at its best. This summer I was having major issues with my pool. It’s old and needed TLC. Anthony was so helpful in the maintenance and repair of my pool. He is amazing! I almost considered getting rid of it! Thanks to him, my pool looks amazing again and I swim in it almost everyday. I also purchased an Autobot Pool Cleaner. Saved me a ton of time in cleaning my pool every week- can’t believe I didn’t get one sooner. Overall, very happy with Pool Masters and refer all my friends and family to go there."

"Hired them to maintain my pool when I moved. Had my realtor state that my pool was green and notated by several agents with showings there. This is preventing me from selling my house. I literally had to drive from Georgia as my requests were not getting answered by phone. Also found out my pool pump ground/bond wire was removed when they installed my pool heater. FYI, this can be potentially deadly to someone. Valves not set correctly so as you can see my spa is draining below tile and exposing surface to sun which is damaging. I have cancelled service with them today and hired another pool company. I asked for a refund obviously so I may change rating based on how they respond to this. ***uodate: Still no response, had the other pool company come out and they sent me these pictures and said the pool was very poorly maintained and sent me these pictures. Can’t believe this company isn’t even apologizing for this."
