"Our pool was completed June 2022. We waited over a year in order to write an honest review of our experience with Patio Pools and of our finished pool. I can say right up front that we are thankful that we chose Patio Pools for our project. Our entire experience from design to installation and completion was positive. Design- Matt was very patient with us and helped us design a pool that blended beautifully into our backyard. He helped us create a custom pool feel without the custom pool price tag. We could not be happier with the overall design; it’s a little piece of paradise in our backyard! Install - To be honest, having a pool installed is messy and stressful. This was not our first time we had a pool installed so we were expecting that. If you are considering a new pool build you should expect that too. The crew made the process as easy as it can be by keeping us informed, keeping the worksite clean and working as efficiently as they could. They stuck to the estimated construction timeline and were polite and professional. They answered all of my questions along the way and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished pool. Every subcontractor that worked on our project spoke highly of Patio Pools and told us what a great company they were to work with. Completion - Pool school was helpful and informative. We have not had any issues with our pool in the past year outside of the normal learning curve with keeping the chemicals balanced. The store is only a phone call away and they are helpful and knowledgeable. A year later I can say that we wouldn’t change a thing. Overall we had a great experience, we have the pool that we imagined, and the ongoing support that we need to keep it in great shape for many years to come! 100% would recommend Patio Pools."

"Patio Pools completed our pool at the beginning of June. We have had an amazing experience from the design process, to construction, completion and after care. Our pool came out even better than we imagined and everyone at Patio Pools has been a pleasure to work with. Nancy, Paul, Matt, JP and all the vendors they work with were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Our pool was finished ahead of schedule and we even have two family members who have began working/completed pools with them since. I highly recommend Patio Pools!"

"Patio pools not only killed the construction timeline but finished I believe a month early! Thomas was great very responsive about questions and emails sent no matter time of day..Paul and Kenny as well kept me informed through entire process. Pool turned out great! We are very happy with our pool! The first week I took in a water sample and thanks to the advice from the pool startup tech the water sample was perfect and Robert was very helpful with more advice on how to maintain that and what to expect in the future. HIGHLY recommend patio pools they are not the cheapest but the quality and construction time are worth it!!"

"Matt has been excellent to work with the whole process. Very understanding and willing to help fix minor concerns we had cosmetically. Pool went up super fast however had a 2 month delay in getting screen installed due to the screen companies focused in Naples from the Hurricane which was a bit frustrating but not really patios fault. We were even compensated for the delay which was amazing! The whole team at Patio Pools is super friendly and easy to work with. Make sure you read your pool care guide and you’re pool will be looking amazing! Definitely recommend."
