"I arranged a service appointment with GPS Pools for my pool filter system and timer, and Rob, the assigned service technician, arrived for the job. The timer seems to be okay, he set the time properly on the timer, I’ll have to wait and see if it automatically turns on the filter system. The issue at hand was the improper flow of the waterfall in my pool, which would run for a brief period before stopping. Rob diligently examined the pool system and identified the presence of air in the pool pump. With precision, Rob performed a thorough leak test around the valve and the pipes leading into the pool pump. He successfully pinpointed a leak around the pipes and promptly sealed it. As a result, the pool waterfall now exhibits a stronger flow. Additionally, Rob took the time to demonstrate the accumulation of dirt between the pleats of the filter cartridge and shared effective techniques for maintaining a clean filter. I was impressed by Rob's patience and methodical approach in addressing the issues with my pool filter system. If I encounter any future pool-related problems, I will undoubtedly reach out to GPS Pools for assistance."
