"We built a house in Margaritaville, Panama City Beach without a pool. After a hot summer last year we decided to have a pool built. The process began with looking at three pool builders. Blue Haven Pools won that process - hands down. They were not the least expensive - but the manner in which they explained our options, the pros and cons of doing certain things and the attention to detail were what won the day for us. Their process is clear and they don’t hesitate to tell you the good, bad and ugly you might face throughout the build. They estimated how long it would take from ground breaking to water being put in the pool. They finished about three weeks sooner than they projected. And they were flexible and tolerant when we made a couple of material changes. The Blue Haven staff is excellent - the entire crew from those digging the hole, to those forming and applying the gunite and the plaster surface. Absolutely excellent. Their work ethic is clearly based on the pride they have as craftsmen. We have to shout out to Ed Hawkins, our construction superintendent. Ed is a rock star!!! He had to be to work with us. Can’t say enough about his patience, guidance and honesty. Integrity is absolutely Blue Havens foundation - they say what they are going to do and do what they say. "Just completed a pool with Blue Haven. They were professional and seemed eager to earn my business, unlike the other large pool company in town. Be careful with Nick in sales. Make sure you both fully understand and agree on everything, especially the measurements of additional pavers. Fortunately, Jason McAtee was my project manager and did everything in his power to make it right. Jason was on top of every issue even before I brought it up. I don’t want to imagine how a pool build would go without someone like Jason to manage it. I am so grateful for his work ethic and genuine care and concern for my project. I highly recommend Blue Haven and more specifically, Jason as a project manager."

Morgan was so helpful when picking out all the pool materials. Our project manager was Jason McAtee and was wonderful and easy to work with. "We had the most amazing experience with Blue Haven. Our project manager, Sean, was super responsive, kept me up to date on what was going on as the project progressed. We spoke at least a couple times each week. He was upfront and honest about time lines and told me the pool would take 10-12 weeks and they finished in 9! We could not have had a better experience and this was the easiest build we have ever been apart of. The work is exceptional and we are so very happy with everything that was done. Should not if you are in Florida, look into a heat pump for your pool, we are able to keep our pool at a nice comfortable cool temperature for about $10 a day when you run it."
