"This bubble tea place is an absolute nightmare. The service is beyond terrible, with staff who appear to have no interest in serving customers, making you feel like an inconvenience. They flatly refused to accommodate a basic topping swap, displaying a level of inflexibility that's hard to comprehend. Not to mention, the portion sizes have shrunk while the prices have skyrocketed, making it feel like a complete rip-off. It's as if they're on a mission to drive customers away. And just to add insult to injury, there's a far superior bubble tea spot right across the street. This place seems determined to commit business suicide with its shocking decline in quality and customer care. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster at all costs."
