"I wish I could give 0 starts for service because it is non existent at this place. This is the first time I experience this kind of attitude from Starbucks employees. I got the cashier today at 1:35 pm and the cashier simply refused to help us by telling us she was not taking orders. Stood there for a couple minutes and not a single employee even looked at us. I had to leave unattended. Careless, rude attitude, they all should be fired or this place won’t last."
"The worst service in Starbucks. The service staff was unprofessional, arrogant, they threw iron milk glasses into the sink with a crash in front of the customers. I hope they get fired, for sure. I will write and complain to the main office. I myself work in the service industry and it’s simply unacceptable for such trash to work in a coffee shop."
"I have never experienced such horrible service at a Starbucks before. To say that baristas there are unfriendly is to say nothing. Rude , never smiling , annoyed , rolling eyes when I made a drink related request . Very ghetto attitude and overall dissatisfaction with their jobs."
