"The customer service here is non existent except for the older gentleman who works the register and handles the hot food orders. The female employees are RUDE. they do not acknowledge you when you greet them. Every order I’ve had from here is wrong. They are constantly out of “all non dairy” creamers and when you ask for regular cream instead, they give you an attitude. This is a franchise so on top of all that, they charge a premium vs the standard Starbucks owned by corporate. I understand that finding employees today is challenging but the rudeness here is unparalleled."
