"Horrible service. I never do reviews but I had to this time. Just left this place on 11/29/23 at 6:30pm, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the short girl that was at the register at the time. I placed my order around 6:00pm. She fulfilled the order of the person that payed after me who also just happened to work at the mall, and then she just kept walking around while I thought she was doing my order, then more people just started to come in and she just kept taking orders. Almost 20 minutes later my mom asked her where was our order, and finally she started to make our drinks after she obviously forgot about it, then gave us our order which was trash watered down drinks basically. You could also tell she got mad at us when the only thing we wanted was our drinks so that we could leave that place. Definitely not coming back."
"Good coffee but they all are, basically. There is of course mastery but not everyone has that skill. I do like Starbucks but they have either good baristas or ones that aren’t passionate. Enjoy when you meet a good one and tip him or her or whatever the individual refers to as to their identity. Right?"
"Always have enjoyed the coffee at Starbucks so now it’s only about customer service. I was greeted upon entering and the person was pleasant when she took my order. Thank you goes along way these days and a smile even further."
"My coffee shop of choice so happy that they opened a location here in the heart of Pembroke Pines. The staff here is always courteous, energetic and very enthusiastic. I frequent this location at least 3-4 a week and I always enjoy the good vibes and atmosphere. They will continue to earn my patronage."
