"The SERVICE at this location is the worst. I feel that if you don’t speak Spanish then they don’t care to even take your order at all. No hello no nothing just Rude as hell and it’s sad."

"I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to because the service was so bad and I felt so mistreated. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew with 4 creams and sugar. When I go pick it up my drink had no cream or sugar so I let the lady know and said she didn’t realize it took cream so I thought it was fine mistakes happen but then after she hands it to me I asked if she put sugar which she hadn’t either. She then tells me the sugar is by the counter but I explained that I ordered it this way if she can please add the sugar. She then proceeds to explain that if she adds sugar then my drink is gonna spill etc. at the end she added a MOUNTAIN of sugar right on top of the drink and handed it to me with the lid off and coffee dripping. I stained myself completely she didn’t even try to help since she gave me a a ruined drink to begin with. She didn’t even offer to make me a new one. When I asked for napkins she talked to me with attitude saying that they were across in the counter. I had to leave with my drink ruined and dripping and in such an upset mood. I couldn’t drink my coffee after that from the frustration on how I was treated."

"This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to, in fact I haven’t been to ANY restaurant with as horrible service at this one. The manager with the short hair is terrible at managing the place. Us and 2 more walk in customers behind us were completely ignored for literally 15 mins until I said ‘hello’ to catch her attention so someone would take outright order to which she responded with a nasty and rude tone saying ‘WAIT’. We were patient enough already by waiting 15 mins just for someone to even acknowledge people are inside waiting to order, everyone in the store behind us were also upset / frustrated because no one was there to take orders. The manager had the whole staff working in the back and no one at the counter to take orders. I will never go back to this DD or recommend anyone else here as well."
