"This location constantly messes up the easiest orders. Here’s a lemon loaf they opened and stuck to the inside of the bag. And this was a FREE one bc they left it out of my order the last time I was there. Smh"
"The busiest and most understaffed Starbucks location ever! The staff is so overwhelmed the few times I went I choose to wait minimum 30 mins before asking about my order because they look like they’re about to have a mental breakdown with everyone angry for waiting so long. The line literally stops the mall flow. It’s literally because there’s not enough people working! The business owner needs to stop being cheap and hire more staff. If you need a less slaved staff and things within 10 mins go inside target on that same mall. I don’t recommend this place"
"I've been to this store a handful of times. My order consists of a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and either an iced coffee or Pink Drink, inusually either order in person at the register or place an online order. Whenever I get to the store and come inside it doesn't matter how long ago I've placed my online order I'm still waiting 10+ minutes regardless for two drinks. Whenever I get them the Frappuccino looks like it was made half-effort/rushed, iced coffee always has a different taste and is never consistent, and Whenever I get my pink drink they never abide by my customizations."
"This Starbucks is close and convenient to where I live. Always busy but they keep the drive thru moving! The staff is very friendly and always ask how your day is. I absolutely love that! Recently though, my drinks have been handed to me 3/4 of the way full. For the price of these Starbucks treats, a full cup is indeed what we expect."
"This location is always busy. There’s a drive- thru and it’s always backed up into the Target shopping center. Today I had some extra time so I went inside. Tried the new Chestnut Praline Latte. Have to say it was very good and not too sweet. I love the seasonal lattes and this is one of the better ones. Nice afternoon pick-me-up. This store is nice. Staff is friendly and it’s clean. I don’t come often because I have a problem with a latte for $6.15 but every once in a while it’s a nice treat."
