"Always ask for the same sandwish “ black pepper sweet” in all Dunkin’s I go. They charge 1.00 extra for that bacon and place the regular bacon. I never Have that experience before and is very disappointing that this is my closest one. I guess driving to another from now on will be my only choice. Those Indian ladies have been their for ages"

"Very rude staff in the morning, I asked a simple question and the lady says something to her coworker in another language that makes them laugh before answering me with an irritated tone. Do not recommend, they put way too much ice in their coffee too"

"I will not be coming back to this location. The customer service is horrible. The Indian ladies in the morning are so rude. I said good morning 3 times and they complete ignore me. After getting my food and leaving a tip I said Thank you still no response or your welcome. Customer service goes along way for a business. Starbucks here I come."

"This location needs to be shut down; nobody greets you plus service with an attitude. The Haitian lady in the afternoon doesn’t want a job at all. I walked up to register to order, she completely ignored me. Apparently too busy sending voice notes on her phone and comparing tips with her colleagues, just overall tacky. Give the position to someone that actually needs a job."
