"Note - this negative review applies to the store and it's upper management, not the one poor soul who was trying to do everything by himself. The bathrooms - against Florida law - were unavailable because there was only one person working, who had no time to clean them. Again, this is not on him - he should have had help. It took considerably longer to get our mobile orders than we have experienced at any other DD. Again, this is because he was dealing with drive through, walk-in and mobile solo. I would like to think this debacle was a one-off, that someone called in sick and couldn't be replaced, but that's not the impression I got. The sole worker was absolutely courteous, moving as fast as he could, getting things done, and deserves better."
"I love visiting Dunkin and getting a blueberry glazed doughnut. One of the highlights of my day.This time was No different with the exception of having to wait for service and a greeting. Not upset as the person working was apparently the only one present at the moment. Definitely, the store itself is in need of more staff so that they can eliminate wait time for clients."
"So this is the sourdough breakfast sandwich that I received with my order and I just gotta say that this is sad. You guys CONSTANTLY have made issues with my orders in the past and usually I let it go. Do better please. If someone served this to you, you would be just as upset and I’m not able to give someone else their food cause it looked like this. Also I wanna add that my order was $42.08 I’ll probably never give business here again, I only do because it’s convenient for me and everyone in my office I order for."
