"This store allows terrible homeless people to hand around their gas station and sleep in the back of the store. These homeless people even try to sell drugs. I have called the manager Joyce before to report - went by the other day - homeless people are still there. I am calling corporate to report now. I have had enough of this."

"I don’t typically leave one star reviews ever, but the lady at the register at this gas station was extremely rude. This was around 4:40pm on Saturday, September 2nd at 4801 W Gandy Bivd Tampa, FL. The lady has short dirty blonde hair and was flat out rude from the moment we entered saying that we couldn’t use certain cups for the frozen drinks because they had no lids for them. Fine, I didn’t get that type of drink, instead I got a cup of ice that I was charged for and she charged separate for a polar pop I did not order or consume because I got ice in a small clear cup. I tried correcting that but she was stern that I had to pay for a polar pop and the cup of ice because of my cup that was half filled with ice. Now that I think about it I should have just gotten a bag of ice. She scanned my rewards like 5 times to redeem the “free drinks” and kept on telling me I owed money even though the payment key pad showed a zero balance. So I’m pretty sure my rewards got pointlessly exhausted (the five drinks on us offer). Not sure if it’s lack of training or who knows what but she was getting annoyed at me saying it’s the 6th drink when I was reading the description of the offer to her."

"I Love this convenience store for that last several years. Always warmly greeted by a smile every time I come here by clerk TM. It's nice that he always tries to remember all his regulars names. This store is nice and clean as well as organized. Clean restrooms and parking lot. Stocked hot coffee and food always seems available. I enjoy stocking up on gas here weekly and catching up with a friendly face. Thanks"
