"I was surprised to see a Starbucks in Barnes & Noble, but I assumed I would get good service like I usually do at other Starbucks stores, but I was wrong. I only order a large plain white chocolate with whipped cream, but they gave me a small cup of liquid with added caffeine. I realized this wasn't my order, so I politely went back to the cashier and said, "I don't visit Starbucks very often. Is this cup a large or small hot cup?" I hoped I was wrong and even gave them the receipt for my order. They lied to me in front of my face. They knew they had gotten my order wrong and played it off as if my order was neatly placed within my hand, I was dismayed. Accidents happen, but when they are not recognized or corrected, why should I trust a store like this with my drinks or my money?"

"Today I want to this Starbucks unit and was extra charged for a no ice drink. After contacting Starbucks they guarantee me that is not a Starbucks policy and I shouldn’t have been charged for requesting my drink without ice. I truly hope that the managers this unit incident to avoid that happening in the future. Starbucks support advise me to the next time that happens to denounce the unit directly to Starbucks."
