"First time coming to this location, the iced coffee drink was fixed as requested and was tasty. The staff was personable and friendly. The snackin Bacon was extremely minimal in size and volume and was burnt to a crisp. Definitely not worth the three plus dollars that it costs. Would like to get my money back for that if possible."
"Child abuse. What else would you call leaving a baby right out in the open and acting like it's normal. How do you think that baby feels? What kind of effect is this trauma going to have on them in future? I am willing to bet the owner does not know that one of their employees is putting her infant child right in the middle of the store out in the open, completely unprotected. When I asked about it the staff acted like it was normal to leave a baby unattended in a public place. I feel sorry for the mother, clearly she has no one to help with child care. Her coworkers are trying to support her but they are enabling child abuse. This is disgusting. The owner needs to step up and help her out. God bless her and her child. Much respect for the mom to actually be working and trying to take care of her child. I am not trying to get the mom in trouble, rather get her boss to help her. My wife and I cried in our car after what we witnessed in your store today. Shame on you."
"I just ordered a delivery order from this dunkin, not only did I not get my donut, but my breakfast sandwich was made wrong, my iced chai latte tasted like they used regular milk instead of almond and they didn’t even give me a straw, absolutely ridiculous, will definitely not be ordering from this dunkin again."
"Where do I start. This place is a disgrace. We walk in and 2 workers are sitting at the dirty tables. Here is an idea. Need something to do, clean the tables you are sitting in. The twin brothers, who look like they just woke up don’t know if they have bagels. Then we get them and they want to charge us extra for cream cheese when there was barley any on the bagel. They have no water and the fridge is almost empty. Pass this one on."
